RETURNS & STORE POLICIES
Thank you for shopping at our boutique. We value our chic besties and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our returns and store policies.
- Desert Chic gladly accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days in the same condition in which items were received, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags still attached to be eligible for return.
- Returns must be free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, fragrance, pet hair or any signs of wear to be eligible for return. Please double check your items before requesting a return.
- Please note all accessories including jewelry, handbags, hair accessories, sunglasses, swimwear and sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned under any circumstances.
- Shoes must be in the same original box and packaging then placed in a shipping box or packaging. If shoe box is used as a shipping box, they will not be eligible for return.
- Eligible items must be returned back to Desert Chic within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after the 7 days may be denied.
- Desert Chic currently does not offer any exchanges.
- Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Desert Chic does not provide return labels.
- Orders placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed after checkout.

Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico & PO Boxes
- Please note, all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and PO Boxes may be subject to additional shipping costs.
- If additional shipping costs are incurred by Desert Chic, we will send an invoice to the customer for the additional costs prior to shipping the package.
International Orders
International orders are FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs and any fees associated.
Refunds
Please allow 5-7 business days once we receive your return, to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation with an e-gift card once your return has been processed.
Defective Items & Lost Orders
- If you received a defective item, please contact our customer care at desertchicinfo@gmail.com within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If Desert Chic is not informed within 3 days, the item will not be eligible for a replacement or return. Please note, we only provide a Desert Chic e-gift card credit on defective items. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send a replacement to you.
- Picture of damage/defective item must be included with your email.
- Desert Chic is not responsible for damages to clothing cause by improper care and handling of packages or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This does not qualify as defects.
- Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All Desert Chic packages are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the mail carrier to investigate the issue. Desert Chic is not responsible for packages that are mark delivered to the order address.
Desert Chic is NOT responsible for:
- Shipping delays with mail carriers
- Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address entered is correct. Desert Chic is not responsible for packages that are shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you need to change an address and your order has not shipped yet, please email us at desertchicinfo@gmail.com.
- Lost, damaged or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the mail carrier, please see links below:
