Return Policy

  • All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, fragrance-free items, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Item(s) with deodorant and/or makeup stains, human hair or excessive animal hair on the garment(s) will not be accepted.)

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from store credit refund. 

  • Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return via our return portal, will NOT be accepted. 

  • If customer does not claim shipped item(s) within 5 business days then the items will be deemed forfeited. We will make 3 attempts to contact you before this action takes place. 

  • All return shipments from Buyer must include tracking number, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only and customer will be notified via email. Store Credit will be will be applied to the original email and account the customer used when placing their order.

Refunds 

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed after receipt of item(s). Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If your return was approved, your account will be issued a store credit. 

  • If your return is accepted, we will email you return instructions to return your item(s).

 Damages and Issues

  •  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within 2 days with pictures, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we aren’t contacted within 2 days, the item(s) will be ineligible for return and will be treated as final sale.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. This does not qualify as defects. 

Non-returnable items 

  • Items purchased with a Coupon Code, Loyalty VIP Perk Rewards, Doorbusters, Flash Sales/Deals, items in the SALE tab are FINAL SALE!

  • We will not accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE, Accessories, Undergarments, Swim Suits and GIFT CARDS.

Order Cancellations

If you request your order to be cancelled before it has shipped, we can issue:

  •  Store Credit for the full amount of your purchase, or
  • A Refund to your original payment method plus a 10% restocking fee

Please note: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable to Desert Chic causing us to have to pay these fees even when an order is cancelled. 

 We take our shipping process very seriously and our team makes sure that each item is packaged with care as you expect. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex.
