When will my order Ship?

Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Tracking information is provided for every package.

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?

If a customer places multiple orders, we try our best to combine orders together. This is not guaranteed and we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.

How do I use my Desert Chic e-gift card/store credit?

When you checkout, there is an option to apply a promo code or gift card. You will enter your e-gift card store credit at check out. Store credit and promo codes are not applied to the purchase of gift cards, taxes and shipping costs.
